The 1st Annual Healthcare Awards Luncheon, sponsored by the Greater Hall County Chamber of Commerce, took place on Wednesday, February 28th. This event took time to recognize and highlight many individuals that are making an impact on healthcare in our community.
Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic is pleased to recognize two specific individuals that were honored at this event.
Robin Taylor, nurse for Dr. Sean Sumner, received the Nurse of the Year (LPN) award.
Among the honorees was the late Dr. Henry S. Jennings, Jr., NGDC founder. Dr. Jennings was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. His award was accepted on his behalf by his daughter, Reverend Betsy Jennings Powell, MD. Dr. Jennings had a significant impact on the medical community in Hall County and the founding of the Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic.
